I hired Greg to manage my property 2 years ago. I have never met him. My property is not in a good location and it is challenging to manage. But Greg did excellent job to turn my property into profit. I am feel lucky that I choosed him 2 years ago.‎

When my fiance and I decided to move in together, in to his home, I was left with a townhome to rent and no idea where to start. Greg and his wife have done excellent work finding me tenants and completing the tenant screening process for me. It was probably our 4th or 5th deal before I met him in person. Greg has always been very responsive and polite. Plus he puts up with my thousands of questions about trends in the local market. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Greg.‎

I actually stole Greg from his old agency as I did not want to lose him as my manager. It is a comfort to know that while I am 3000 miles away I do not have to worry or for that matter even think about my property. He is honest and always a pleasure to work with.‎

I had been through two different agencies and my condo sat empty for over a year before I found Greg. As a teacher making two mortgage payments was getting to be impossible. Greg took over and had my condo rented in about 3 weeks. He makes you feel important and addresses any issues immediately and with care. I highly recommend RES, they make being a landlord easy.‎
