Greg Weik, Owner has many years of experience investing in and managing residential real estate.  These experiences have led to the creation of a company that fully meets the needs of the rental property owner; through lower costs, unparalleled results and customer service.
 
Before Real Estate Solutions, Greg served as a Combat Firefighter in the United States Air Force, and later graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
 
After college, Greg went on to attend law school before deciding to pursue his passion of creating and running a successful business.

Lisa Weik, Co-Owner is a real estate expert with plenty of personal investment experience.  She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in FL as well as a Broker Associate in CO.

As an investor and a real estate professional, Lisa has personally experienced everything from negotiating offers, to closings, to complete rehabs, to tenant placement, property management and so much more.

Also a graduate of nationally-recognized Colorado State University, Lisa holds two degrees: Marketing and Management.
