Tenant Processing Service
If you are able to find your own tenants, but would still like us to screen them for you, we offer two alternatives to the Tenant Locator Service.
Tenant Screening: With this service, the tenant comes to us to fill out the application and we process it as we normally would; including the credit check, rental history check, income verification, COJ.net eviction records, and the FDLE.com sexual offenders list.
This Service Costs $50- Tenant Processing: With this service, RES will take care of all aspects of moving the tenant in; from processing their application, to signing an attorney-prepared lease (as your agent for that activity only) to providing the tenant(s) with the keys and collecting their security deposit and first month's rent. The security deposit and your rent proceeds are then forwarded to you, along with a copy of the signed lease.
This Service Costs $250
So, as you can see, we are All Ways Working to provide you with the services you need. Please keep in mind that with our Tenant Locator/Screening/Processing services, YOU, the owner will have the final say in whether the tenants are approved to rent your property. We will provide you with access to the tenant's application, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the prospective tenant's statements, nor can we guarantee the tenants performance.
