 Greg Weik, Owner and Licensed Real Estate Broker has many years of experience both investing in and managing residential real estate. That experience has helped solidify Greg's belief that a company--to be truly successful--must be focused on continuous improvement and unparalleled customer service.To that end, education is taken very seriously at RES. This is evidenced by Greg's Real Estate certifications as a PRM (Professional Residential Manager), e-Pro, Member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), Member of FAR (Florida Association of REALTORS) and NAR (National Association of REALTORS). Before Real Estate, Greg served as a Combat Firefighter in the United States Air Force, and later graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University. After college, Greg also attended two years of law school before deciding to pursue his true passion: Real Estate. Greg is excited about everything Real Estate Solutions is and everything it will become; a company committed to revolutionizing Residential Property Management. |

As an investor and a real estate professional, Lisa has personally experienced everything from negotiating offers, to closings, to complete rehabs, to tenant placement, property management and so much more. Also a graduate of nationally-recognized Colorado State University, Lisa holds two degrees: Marketing and Management. |
