Sales

At RES, our focus is on Property Management.  We do, however, offer a flat rate listing service; whereby, we will list your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a 6 month listing, including unlimited photos.  With this service, you will be listed as the contact person for showings, negotiating an offer, etc. 

The cost for the flat rate service is $200.

If you are interested in full-service sales listing through a traditional sales-oriented real estate company, RES has excellent working relationships with some top-producing REALTORS in the area who focus on sales and we would be happy to refer you to a sales expert.
